| Abstract: | In order to amass superior police force, the standard to measure a smashing compaign should be clarified; the main body of combat should combine with both the large and small scale, stressing on the small one, whose main body should be constituted by the police force from the basic level; the launch of the crushing compaign should be united with public security fundamental work. |
