| 摘 要： | With political consensus on carbon neutrality, competition for global climate governance has focused more on establishing climate-related regulations and green standards and the dominance of green industrial chains in the economy, science and technology, trade, etc. China should participate in and proactively lead the formulation of green rules and collaborate with all parties to promote global climate governance to build a community of shared future for mankind.
