New policemen are surely the new force of police team, so the task listed as the adaptation to new environment. Owing to too much uncertainties in new duties which makes them bored, disencouraged and frustrated, new policemen can adapt to the envornment easily only by grasping the skills of communication, charging the newpoint to establish wide social supporting system and increasing confiderce.
