高职经管类专业就业竞争实力的研究与实践

摘    要:随着以互联网为代表的信息技术对各行业带来的冲击日益加剧,作为高职经管类专业就业主体的中小企业对人才的要求出现了一些崭新的变化。而与此同时,随着招生规模的急剧膨胀,经管类专业教学资源相对紧缺的矛盾日益突出。面对这内外两个方面的压力,在不断探索和实践的基础上,本文就如何将经管类专业由“软”变“硬”,提高其就业竞争实力,提出了一系列新的思路和方法。

Abstract:With furious affection to other professions caused by information technology symbolized by Internet,there is a new tendency for talents to medium and small-sized enterprises,wrier are the main employers of economy and management majors in high professional colleges.At the same time,with the expansion of recruiting college students,the teaching resource of economy and management major is becoming less and less gradually.Under both of the two reasons,based on the constant exploration and practice,this paper deals with how to change the "softness" to"hardness",promotes the employment competition and proposes a series of new thoughts and methods.
