| 摘 要： | 建立和完善社区警务制度，加强社区治安防范，创建安全文明社区，是确保一方平安的重大措施，是全面落实社会治安综合治理的有效途径。是新形势下专门工作与群众路线相结合的新发展。本文拟从城市、城镇、农村三类社区模式分析社区警务与治安防范之间的辩证关系；以抛砖引玉。

| Abstract: | Setting up and improving the system of community policing, strengthening the security precautions of thecommunity and creating a secure and courteous community are effective ways to realize the comprehensive administrationof the social security. They are also new developments of special work combined with the mass line under new situation.The article tries to analyze the dialectical relations between community policing and social security precautions from threecommunity patterns of village, city and town, hoping others might come up with valuable opinions. |
