| 摘 要： | 政府对社会经济活动的监管在经济学中至今仍是一个有争议的话题。政府不仅要对社会经济活动进行监管,而且还应当加强自身的体制改革,以确保监管公正、有效。政府对社会经济的监管应遵守监管有据,监管适度,监管有力,监管有序的原则。

| Abstract: | The government supervision on social and economic activities is still a problem at issue in economics.The government should not only exercise a supervision over social and economic activities, but also improve the reform of its own system so as to realize a fair and effective supervision.The government supervision on social and economic activities should follow the four principles,that is it should be reasonable,moderate,powerful and orderly. |
