当前在城市社区组建具有网上服务、网上防范、网上调研、网上公关、网上监控等功能的社区局域网 ,能有效解决社区警务工作中的诸多难题。同时组建社区局域网具备了社会基础、技术基础、专业基础及基于Internet的派出所网站的有益尝试。从我国城市社区基本特点和公安工作的实际出发 ,社区局域网应以城市社区派出所为基本单位组建 ,将网络中心设置在社区派出所 ,并连接社区警务室构成主干网

Community LAN--New Mechanism for Connection between Police and Residents

s: It is necessary to establish community LAN, which can perform a series of functions such as network service, network guarding, network investigation, network public relationshipand network monitoring which help to effectively solve many difficult problems in community policing affairs. At the same time, it is also feasible to build the LAN according to the social basis, technical basis, theoretical basis and the helpful experiments from some police substation websites. This article provides the design project of the LAN and discusses those problems needed to be paid much notice to in the process of construction.
