中国共产党执政能力建设问题研究综述

近年来,我国理论界对党的执政能力内涵的研究有“综合说“、“关系说“、“层次说“、“形态说“等观点,对党的执政合法性问题的研究有“合乎法理论”、“人民拥护论”、“实质与形式统一论”等观点,对党的执政资源与环境的研究有“执政条件总和论”、“物质与手段总和论”等观点,对党的执政能力的评价研究则提出了“四维一体”、“三大主题”、“一个总标准、三个具体标准”等量化体系。
