| 摘 要： | 非公企业工会在维护职工权益、促进企业发展和稳定社会中具有不可替代的重要职能和作用。只有高度关注一线劳动者劳动收入、建立健全企业工资集体协商共决机制、保证职工利益表达诉求渠道畅通无阻、积极应对企业经营者的人员变化所带来的客观影响,才能在维权维稳工作和构建和谐劳动关系中取得主动权。
