| 摘 要： | 我国的职业病发病率很高,局部甚至达到触目惊心的程度。职业病不仅造成国家劳动力丧失,而且给患者及其家庭带来不尽痛苦与负担。必须在做好职业病预防的同时,切实保障职业病患者的有关权利,这是法治的应有之义,也是实现社会公平正义的起码要求。

| Abstract: | The rate of vocational illness is very high in our country.It has become astonishing in some area.The vocational illness not only makes the loss of labor resource,but brings the pain to the patient and his family.We must defend the attack of vocational illness.In the meanwhile,we should protect the patients＇ rights and interests.It is the part of content of ruling by law and the basic request of a faire society. |
