关于尽快出台《企业工资条例》必要性的研究

摘    要:当前,我国劳动者报酬水平总体偏低、增长缓慢、国民收入差距拉大、分配秩序混乱等问题日渐突出,已成为影响社会和谐稳定的重大因素。可是,于消除此种不正常现象具有重要意义的《企业工资条例》之出台,却遭遇很大阻力。必须真切认识到,《企业工资条例》的制定,符合社会发展的潮流,是我国转变经济发展方式、构建社会主义和谐社会必然要求,是响应广大职工群众迫切呼声、深化收入分配改革的必然选择,应当设法突破阻挠,尽快出台。
