| Abstract: | The programs in the project are the front line of competition and showing the comprehensive power of the enterprise.It can develop the staff＇s potential ability by running a working competition like ＂Five comparisons and one creation＂ through the trade union.It can promote the competition among the companies and establish the reputation.The effect of this way is so obvious. |
