关于我市实施职工素质建设创新发展工程的调研报告

目前本市职工素质建设工作,呈现出抓住重点盘活全局、抓住先进带动整体、抓好结合力求实效、创新形式寓教于乐的特点。但也存在对提高职工素质内涵理解和把握出现偏差、缺乏思路与招数等问题。今后应着重在将提高思想道德素质放在首位、指导各级工会制定或完善好各自的长期规划和中短期计划、分清层次重点实施等方面,做些调整与改善。

The Report on the Innovative Developing Program of Improving the Staff's Quality

nowadays,in the work of improving the staff＇s quality in our city,there are some characters,to seize the important point,to run the situation as a whole,to use the pioneer to promote the others,to focus on the effect,and to use the innovative form to teach in the entertainment.However,there are some misunderstanding and some lack of the new idea.From now on,we should improve the staff＇s quality such as ideology and morality,and guide all levels of trade union to make their own short-term or long term plan to realize which is the important and to adjust and perfect our work.
