班组文化建设工会大有可为

摘    要:所谓班组文化,是指在统一的企业文化理念指导下所形成的基层文化,它是企业文化在班组落地的具体体现。天津港工会自2002年开始积极推进班组文化建设,走出了一条具有本港特色的班组文化建设之路。主要经验与感悟便是:实现全员参与是提升班组文化建设水平的前提条件;坚持统一性与灵活性相结合是提升班组文化建设水平的关键环节;提高班组长的"文化影响力"是提升班组文化建设水平的重要支撑;与时俱进、不断创新是提升班组文化建设水平的不竭动力。
