我国上市保荐制度的效力分析

保荐制度是各国应用在创业板市场的制度,我国第一次将持续保荐制度引入了主板市场。但是,我国在法律移植的过程中一向面临本土化的问题。该制度在中国的实行也未能获得预期的效果,这里包括制度本身的原因,也涉及制度实行环境问题。

Sponsor system is a system which is used in the growth enterprise board in other countries.Our country is the first country which leads the sustained sponsor system into main board of the stock market.However,we ususlly confront with the prolem of localization when we transplant law and regulations.The executation of this system in our country also didn't reach the expected effect.There are reasons about the system itself,also involve the executive environment of the system.
