| Abstract: | Curr ently,many comrades confused the service idea in community police service with the movement of non-police affair existing in realism,these is harmful to the p ublic security.Wherefore,we must define correctly community police service and the activities of non-police service,some countermeasure must be adopted to keep within limits for the activities of non-police service. |
