| Abstract: | The rapid growth of the computer industry has had a far-reaching impact on business life. As swiftly as the computer industry has changed and grown, so too has the potential for disagreements and disputes involving computer-related issues. Computer disputes, like general business disputes, can be successfully resolved through the arbitration process. |
