| Abstract: | In order to do the work of journal better, to improve the quality, and to increase fine works, we should do the work in a down-to-earth way, it includes ten parts: planning, arranging, publishing, reading, selecting, editing, revising, proofing, printing and distributing. Furthermore, we must do the whole work effectively, practically and creatively. |
