中美贸易战中的印度策略及其有限促进作用

面对中美贸易战,印度基于务实平衡的立场,采取了扩大产品出口、加紧争夺制造业产业链投资以及采取主动性防御措施的策略,借机扩大印度经贸利益,振兴印度制造业。从贸易转移来看,印度已从中美贸易战中获益,部分产业产品出口显著提升。不过总体上印度的国际贸易地位仍难以获得根本改变。从产业转移来看,印度吸引全球供应链和海外投资具有较强潜力,但抓住外部机遇更多还有赖于印度国内的劳动力、土地、基础设施等要素和环境的支持和完善。因此,印度借中美贸易战之机采取的务实策略对印度经贸具有积极的促进作用,但总体来看作用有限。

India s Strategy on China-US Trade War

India has taken the trade war between China and the United States as an opportunity to expand export and compete for investment.Despite some gains for India,the comprehensive performance of its international trade remains largely unchanged.In fact,a better performance in terms of domestic labor,land,infrastructure and other elements is needed for a substantial improvement of its Make in India program.India s pragmatic strategy has helped itself to a certain extent in terms of economic and trade benefit;however,the real and comprehensive effect of such a policy is very limited.
