论马克思主义时代化命题提出的理论依据与实践意义

马克思主义时代化是中共十七届四中全会提出的一个新命题。提出这个新命题的理论依据,一是辩证唯物主义思想中的时空观,二是马克思主义与时俱进的理论品质。马克思主义时代化新命题的提出,是应对执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验、外部环境考验的要求;是发展和保持党的先进性的要求;是坚持理论创新实践的要求;是建设马克思主义学习型政党的要求。马克思主义中国化、大众化、时代化“三位一体”,构成马克思主义在中国运用的鲜明特征。它们的侧重点有所不同,但又是同生并长,互为前提,相互促进,构成具有内在逻辑关系的系统建设工程。

On the Theoretical Basis and Practical Meaning of Synchronizing Marxism with Our Current Times

Synchronizing Marxism with our current times is a new thesis brought forward in the Fourth Plenary Session of the CPC Seventeenth Central Committee.The theoretical basis for bringing forward this thesis lies in the dialectical materialist view on time and space as well as the ever-advancing theoretical quality of Marxism.To bring forward this new thesis is a requirement for responding to the test of ruling the country,the test of reform and opening-up,the test of developing market economy,and the test of external environment;it is a requirement for developing and keeping the advanced nature of the Party;it is a requirement for persisting in the practice of theoretical innovation;and it is a requirement for building the Marxist learning party.To localize Marxism in China,popularize it among ordinary people and synchronize it with our current times are three issues integrated into one,forming the distinct characteristics of the application of Marxism in China.They differs from each other to some degree in their focuses,but they develops along with each other and stimulates each other,and they together forms a systematic project with internal logical relations.
