| 摘 要： | 现代以来,人类经历了从单一市场场域分配-市场与政府两个场域分配-市场、政府和社会三个场域分配的阶段性演进.与此相对应的,在公平与效率的关系上,出现了从"效率与形式平等一致"一"效率与社会平等磨合"一"效率与公平进一步统一"的变化.三个场域的分配,是差异互补式的.但是,现实中三个分配场域的配合存在诸多难题,当代中国的当务之急在于:合理界定"要素贡献",保证市场场域分配的公正度;严格防范"漏桶实验",提高政府场域分配的公信度;积极培育"第三部门",增强社会场域分配的力度.

| Abstract: | In the modern age,the human beings have undergone the progress from the distribution of single market domain to the distribution of two domains between market and government and to the distribution of three domains among market,government and society.Correspondingly,as to the relations between fairness and efficiency,there comes the change from the uniformity between efficiency and formal equality to the running-in between efficiency and social equality and to a further unity between efficiency and fairness... |
