对当代中国现代化进程中腐败现象的思考

在当代中国现代化进程中 ,腐败现象得以滋生和蔓延的原因主要是现今政府官员的行为准则不符合现代社会的要求以及当今社会缺乏一套健全而又严格的权力制约制度 ,针对上述两个方面的原因 ,当代中国的反腐败应标本兼治 ,综合治理 ,主要是要抓好思想教育和制度建设。

Consideration on Corruption in the Course of Contemporary China's Modernization

In the course of contemporary Chinas modernization, there are two main causes accounting for the breeding and spreading of corruption: One is that the conduct's principles of government officials do not accord with the demands of modern society and violate the required conduct's principles in modern society; the other is that the society lacks the strict institution of power restriction, and so can not prevent the power corruption validly. The breeding and spreading of corruption do great harm to the building of contemporary China's modernization. In view of the above-mentioned couses, the struggle of anti-corruption in contemporary China must be waged by looking into both its root causes and symptoms, and be tackled in a comprehensive way.
