| Abstract: | Teaching reform of career planning courses in Independent School has positive significance for cultivating of applied talent and easing the pressure of the Independent College graduates' "difficult employment" situation.Teaching reform should make career planning courses teaching being more focused,practical,professional and personal from aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching means,improving the quality of teaching staff as well as others. |
