| Abstract: | Criminal settlement reflects as one aspect of implementing the criminal justice policy even more.It is a reform and try on working mechanism of the Prosecutor to adapt to the political, economic and social development needs, which is necessary to be promoted in practice but cannot be randomized.And, it should be placed on a legal and regular track. |
