从分工视角看农民问题

农民问题的根本原因是我国长期以来的农地使用制度、城乡分割的户籍制度、农村税费制度和涉农 领域的行政管理等制度阻碍了社会分工在农民群体中的演进、深化。分工抑制使农民失去迁徙、交易和择 业等自由,所以必须解除分工遭遇的制度性阻碍,从根本上解决由于分工抑制造成的农民问题。

To Consider the Problems Concerning the Peasants from the Aspect of Labor Division

The basic causes of the problems concerning the peasants lie in the fact that the utilization system of peasants' land, the separated urban and rural household registration systems, the rural taxation system and the administration system in the fields concerning the peasants hinder the progress and deepening of social division of labor among the peasants. The limitation of labor division causes the peasants to lose the freedom of migration, doing business and job-hunting and therefore the system obstacles appeared in labor division should be eliminated so that the peasants' problems resulted from the limitations of labor division can be solved fundamentally.
