| 摘 要： | 新闻媒体的导向在维护警察合法权益方面发挥着重要的作用,但从现实情况来看还存在着一些问题和误区。为了使新闻媒体更好地在维护警察合法权益方面起到积极的导向作用,公安机关应进行多方位、多形式的新闻媒体公关,加强与新闻媒体的沟通和协作,充分利用新闻媒体引导公众配合公安民警执法和维护警察的合法权益。

| Abstract: | News media plays an important orientating role in protecting police's legal rights,but there are some problems and misconceptions.To enable news media to play this positive role,public security organs are expected to form good relations with news media in various ways and aspects to strengthen communication and cooperation and to make full use of news media guiding the public to cooperate with police and protect their legal rights. |
