| Abstract: | The prosperity and deterioration of China legal system and the development of the Western Legal System are observed, compared and analyzed in the prospective of legal culture in this article. And the important role of the case law system in the process of the development of the Western legal system is considered. The author also tries to probe into the possible applicability of practical performance in China, observing the history and reality of China and the background of the world. |
