摘    要:人才是最宝贵的资源。知识经济时代的竞争 ,说到底是人才的竞争。山西省要想在国内和国际的竞争中占有一席之地 ,必须把培养、用好、吸引人才作为重大战略任务切实抓好。新的世纪需把握好新的机遇。观念要更新 ,体制要创新 ,待遇要优惠 ,环境要良好 ,这是发展山西人才战略亟需解决的四大问题。做好这四项工作 ,吸引和留住人才就有了可靠的保证。

Abstract:Talents are the most precious resources.The competition in the era of knowledge economy, in the final analysis,is the compelition for talents. To occupy a tiny space in the domestic and international competition, Shanxi must take training,making good use of and attracting talented people as its great task to be carried out. In the new century, Shanxi should seize the new opportunities to develop.To update concepts, innovate on old systems, introduce generous remuneration and optimize environments are the four problems to be solved to attract talented people and keep them in Shanxi.
