微博侵权行为的法律分析

As long as the Internet is available,people can make a direct and immediate updating,or can use cell phones instead,where there is no access to the Internet.Users can express their thoughts,wishes at a real time.MicroBlog makes it more convenient to communicate with friends in a more and more fast-paced society,and also provides a free spiritual homeland for people.However,since MicroBlog has features such as simplicity,openness and anonymity,what＇s more,the legal system in our country with regard to the Internet is relatively weak at present.There are always the cases that MicroBlog users use MicroBlog to violence others＇ rights.To protect the legal rights and interests of citizens,the essay analyses the legal issues concerning the violation of rights in MicroBlog,and offers some suggestions.
