The Evaluation of China's Government Regulation Capacity and Its Improving Goals of Capacity

Social regulation is the theories built on the foundation of adjusting the market failure. To improve the government regulation capacity and achieve the better social regulation is the requirement of constructing the socialist harmonious society.
