高校管理中决策科学性的研究

随着我国高校管理体制改革的深入和办学自主权的扩大,学校层面的战略选择和重大决策将对学校自身的发展产生重大影响。高校管理中决策科学性就越发显得重要。科学决策对于高校管理者按照高等教育发展规律办事,充分调动师生的积极性、主动性和创造性,实现学校的可持续、健康发展具有重要的意义。文章旨在分析影响高校管理中科学决策的因素,探讨提高高校管理中决策科学性的措施。

Scientific Research on Decision-making in University Management

With the deepening reform of university management system and the expansion of school autonomy, strategic choice and major decisions in university level will have significant impact on the development of university. Thus, scientific decision-making in university management becomes more important. Scientific decision-making has great significance for university administrator＇s work in accordance with laws of higher education, full mobilization of the enthusiasm, initiation and creativity of teachers and students as well as realization of university＇s sustainable and healthy development. The article aims at analyzing the influencing factors and improving measures for scientific decision-making in university management.
