| 摘 要： | 电子政务是政府创新的重要内容和途径,政府创新是实施电子政务的重要条件和保证。文章从研究电子政务作为政府创新的一个视角出发,首先从理论、体制、技术方面论述了政府创新及其实现的三种途径,进而阐述了电子政务与政府创新的互动关系,并对如何推进我国电子政务建设促进政府创新提出一些思考。
