摘    要:孔孟儒学的治国思想,是中国传统文化的重要组成部分.他们提出了一套系统的治国思想理论,在人贵论基础上确立了人是国家社会的主体和根本的民本论.以"民本·仁政·德治"为治国指导思想,"德治为先,礼刑并用"为治国基本方针,"庶·富·教"为立国三大要素,要求治国者必须具备"政者,正也"的素质,采用"修己安人"、"修身·齐家·治国·平天下"的治国领导管理机制.孔孟儒家的治国思想,对当今中国的德治与法治仍有借鉴意义.

Abstract:The Confucian and Mencian theories of leadership are the important components of traditional culture, They addressed a set of theories of leadership: on the basis of the doctrine of man's supremacy, they established the view that man is the main and fundamental part of the country; the guiding principle of the Confucianist administration of a state is: people as fundamental, a benevolent government, and the rule of virtue; the basic principle of the administration of a state is: the rule of virture is primary, together with the rule of law. The three elements of establishing a state is: population-welfare-education; the mechanism of leadership and administration is the cultivation of self, the cultivation of family, the cultivation of state, the cultivation of empire. Through the modification and development, the Confucian and Mencian theories of leadership is still of great significance to the current administration.
