| 摘 要： | 由于计算机系统的开放性以及计算机本身安全的脆弱性,导致了计算机安全方面出现许多漏洞,引发了许多计算机犯罪的问题。计算机犯罪在全世界有不断上升的趋势。针对计算机犯罪的计算机司法鉴定在我国起步不久,经验不足,应从理论和实践上加以探索。
