| 摘 要： | 征信监管是建立和完善征信制度,维护征信市场秩序,防范征信市场风险,促进征信市场健康发展的客观要求。文章从比较征信监管模式入手,分析我国目前征信监管模式的选择,阐明征信监管权的行使主体、性质和征信监管权的内容以及征信监管权在征信制度中的意义。

| Abstract: | Credit supervision is the requirement for the establishment and perfection of credit system,which helps to guarantee orders,prevent risks and accelerate the healthy development of credit market.This article analyzes the current credit supervision model in China by comparing credit supervision models in the world and illustrates the subject,character and content of credit supervision power as well as its role in credit system. |
