| 摘 要： | 采用非法采集的证据对行政决定权威的危害性是不言而喻的.我国行政法律虽然规定了证据采集的法定程序和方法,但对非法证据排除的规定不甚明了.通过对行政实践中出现的各种非法采集证据的形式的分析,可以明确在我国应当采用严格的非法证据的排除规则,即只要是非法采集的行政证据一律不予采用.

In addition, it also exploresa variety forms of illegal gathering evidence that may possibly appear in the concrete practice. |
