| Abstract: | As a predominant symbol of the updating progress of the people's procuratorate,the strengthen of related prosecuto- rial work about malfeasance crimes and infringing the rights of citizens crimes is the key issue in the legal supervision,and is the objective demands of the development of legal supervision system.To essentially develop the prosecutorial work of such crimes, activities with special topics and constructions of working organs should be fulfilled. |
