经侦职能视角下的经侦“战学研”教学模式探讨

经济犯罪侦查工作所面临的新形势和新困难对经侦队伍的建设提出"打击、服务、参谋"三大职能要求,这也是对经济犯罪侦查后备人才培养的经侦教育教学提出的新课题。将经侦三大职能融入经侦专业人才培养"战学研"模式需要从三个方面进行思考:一是"打击与战"的融合,即课程体系方面紧跟实战,教学内容贴近实战,教学方法融入实战;二是"服务与学"的交流,即加强实践教学体系的建立与实践能力的培养;三是"参谋与研"的互动,即科研转化教学与创新精神的孕育。
