| 摘 要： | 行政决策听证在我国应用越来越广，这一制度能够促进协商民主，使行政决策更加理性和科学，从而增强行政决策的透明度，保障公民权利。但是我国现行的行政决策听证存在很大的缺陷和不足，应当通过理论检讨和制度创新来进一步完善。

| Abstract: | The public hearing system of administrative decision - making is used more and more. This system can promote the democracy, make the decision more sense and scientific ,enhance the transparent decision making, and ensure human tights. However, so many shortages and lacks existed in the administrative decision - making. We should improve it by theory review and system innovation. |
