毛泽东作为中国革命领袖，作为新中国创始人，他身上有许多东西值得我们学习：一是在迷惘中判断形势、把握方向的能力；二是善于总结经验、善于理论思考、善于把握规律、把握本质的能力；三是识人、用人、团结人、爱护人的能力；四是不迷信、不盲从，勇于探索、善于探索的精神；五是正确对待挫折、对待失败、对待失误的精神，概括起来为三种能力两种精神。毛泽东的一生也存在缺点和失误，我们在学习毛泽东的优秀品质的同时，还要从毛泽东身上吸取值得记取的教训，这才是一种正确的态度。

As Chinese revolution leader and founder of new China,Mao Ze-dong has a lot of abilities and spirit which are worth learning.These abilities and spirit are as follows:firstly,the ability to judge situation and assure the direction at a loss;secondly,the ability to be good at summing up experience,theoretical pondering and grasping the rule and essence;thirdly,the ability to judge persons,make use of persons,unite persons and cherish persons;fourthly,the spirit not to be superstitious,to follows blindly,dare to explore and be good at exploring;fifthly,the spirit to treat setback,defeat and fault correctly.Of course,in Mao Ze-dong's whole life,there were also many shortcomings and faults.It is a correct manner that we also must draw the lesson from him when we learn Mao Zedong's superior quality.
