| 摘 要： | 任何民事权利均应当有权利限制。如果某种民事权利不受限制,则必然妨碍其他民事权利的存在或行使。权利限制通过限制冲突中的权利,使多种权利得以和谐共处,而成为权利冲突的基本纠偏机制。

| Abstract: | Any civil rights should have the limit. If some kind of civil rights without restrictions, it is bound to hinder the existence of other civil rights or the exercise. To limit civil rights means by limiting the rights of the conflict, let the harmonious coexistence of a variety of rights come true, and become the basic correcting mechanisms of conflict. |
