| Abstract: | Analyzing the existed issues in current chamber of commerce and the innate drawback of the registration system of mass organization,comparing the domestic regulations on the chamber of commerce with that abroad,this article has redefined the legal position of the chamber of commerce from the angle of the subject,connotation,behavior,and nature,suggesting to formulate the law on the chamber of commerce as soon as possible. |
