| 摘 要： | 历史上平地瑶地区拥有较为完备的民间行政组织——瑶长制,他是维护平地瑶社会秩序常态运转的重要保证。进入当代后,平地瑶的瑶长制经过改造后已逐步成为国家在瑶族乡村治理的有益补充,但应改良其与国家基层政权相冲突的一面,以推动民族地区和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | The area of Pingdi-Yao had complete nongovernmental organization,which was the leader of Pingdi-Yao system in history,and it was an important guarantee for good social order of Pingdi-Yao.In modern times,the leader of Pingdi-Yao system are gradually becoming beneficial supplements of governmental organization.But in order to build a harmonious society in area of Ethnic Minorities,we should reform conflicts between the leader of Pingdi-Yao and governmental organization. |
