青少年网络依赖现象与其自我表露

随着网络的发展,网络依赖现象成为整个社会广泛关注的问题。对青少年而言,在目前由应试教育向素质教育转变的过程中,不少学生正承受着学习成绩带来的巨大身心压力。为宣泄和释放这一压力,他们选择了自主性较强,又可以在某种程度上满足其心理需要的网络虚拟世界。可以这样认为,网络是青少年自我选择的表达内心感受和体验,缓解现实与理想要求冲突的重要方式之一,即自我表露。它对青少年的成长与发展有着极其重要的影响,对此我们应持有客观的态度,一方面应积极利用网络的有利因素,另一方面绝不能因噎废食,而要因势利导。

Net-reliance has recently raised widespread concerns due to rapid development of network.During the transition from exam-taking education to all-round education,many students are under physical or mental stress from academic performance.With little understanding or support,they choose to resort to relatively active.So,in this sense,internet is one of means of self-manifestations chosen by youth to express inner feelings and soften the conflict between ideal & realistic world and also can have strong impact on youth's growth.Therefore,we should hold positive attitude toward internet and take advantage of its helping points under proper guidance rather than prohibit it roughly.
