Article 1 For the purpose of facilitating consumer finance industry and regulating the consumer finance business practices of non-bank financial institutions,the Measures herein have been fonnulated in accordance with the Law of the People's Republic of China on Supervision and Administration of the Banking Industry,the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations.
