Cultural gene, which is the basic concept or fundamental spirit that underlies various cultural phenomenon, has the ability to reproduce and develop in time and space, and possesses the basic characteristics of the cultural expression or manifestation of such ability. The smooth development of the new cultural gene should be consciously refined, cultivated and disseminated by the whole society.
