| 摘 要： | 本文对奥林匹克知识产权保护的完善进行了思考并提出了相应的建议.作者认为,在执法过程中需要适当划分奥林匹克标志侵权与合理使用的界限,以便做到奥林匹克商业和非商业价值保护的结合;针对知识产权保护意识淡漠的现实情况,需要进一步加强普法宣传和推广;针对恶意侵权行为,则需要加强知识产权保护执法的力度.

| Abstract: | This article gives some thinking about how to improve the protection of Olympic Intellectual Property and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The author holds that in the course of law enforcement a line should be drawn between the infringement of Olympic symbols and proper use of the symbols so as to ensure a combination of Olympiad value protection of both commercial and non-commercial purposes. In view of people's indifference to intellectual property protection, it is necessary for us to strengthen legal propagation and popularization in this respect and as to intentional infringement we should strengthen law enforcement. |
