| 摘 要： | 我国电子政务已进入了深度运用阶段,而政府业务流程再造则成为制约其发展的瓶颈。除了发展电子信息技术外,当前再造政府业务流程尤其应注重分门别类、协调相关部门规范化地推行,以及应注重公务员队伍及其文化建设的创新。

A New Probe into the Reengineering of e-government Processes |

| Abstract: | The implement of e-government has fallen in the period of using in depth, and however, the reengineering of government processes has become the main obstacle of e-government development. Overcoming the obstacle, it is need that we make new efforts at normalized solving the reengineering problems with others departments,personnel matters and public servant culture step by step according to their types besides of the development of electrical information technology. |
