| 摘 要： | 邓小平站在当时的历史背景下,运用马克思主义的基本原理,结合中国的国情实际,建立起了一个完整的发展理论体系,在解放思想、以人为本和全面发展方面为科学发展观提供了理论依据。科学发展观正因为它的解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的理论品质,才能继承和发展邓小平发展观,成为与时俱进的马克思主义发展观。

| Abstract: | Deng-xiaoping established a developing theoretical system by using Marxism fundamental and combining China's fact under temporal history background. He provided theoretical proofs to the Scientific Outlook on Development which means putting people first ,aiming at comprehensive and coordinated and sustainable development. |
