| Abstract: | The Spoken Policing English started very late in China and still a new course nowadays.It's necessary for us to study on it from different aspects.First, the status of Spoken Policing English is profiled against the discipline of English and the field of policing work.Then the law contained in oral English is probed into according to the fundamentals of phonetics and psycholinguistics,and certain characteristics are outlined.Finally,some issues related to Spoken Policing English teaching are put forward and observed,and some solutions are briefly discussed. |
